This design could not begin to be engineered until I generated a 3d skeleton for the engineer to visualize all the members and how the loads would transfer down to the foundation.  These drawings later played a big role in allowing the contracting firm the ability to visualize the structure.  By doing so not only was the project buildable from the contractors point of view but the budget was reduced due to less unknowns.
